Our Office and the Swan Lake Spa
The Swan Lake Spa is a medically directed European Spa on the premises of our facility. The presence of a medical director (Dr. Luciano Boemi, board certified plastic surgeon) allows us to use high-grade medical products, which are not allowed in salons or in department stores. The spa is staffed by licensed Aestheticians under the supervision of Dr. Boemi, and it offers a full range of services in a relaxing, quiet and friendly atmosphere.
Staff Bios
Cassie — Office Manager
Hi, my name is Cassie.
I have been working for Dr. Boemi for eight years and hold the title of Office Manager. This job comes with many responsibilities and rewards as well. My “favorite” part of the job is watching clients become friends during the very special process one goes thru with having cosmetic surgery here at our practice.
I hold an Aestheticians license, 22 years in the medical field and this combined with having cosmetic procedures myself, makes for multi-level of expertise given to each and every client. We value every call that comes in, knowing clients and prospective clients have questions that need knowledgeable answers to.
Along with running everyday office matters, my favorite time is spent on the phone or face to face with our clients. Our staff here always puts our patient’s needs first and it seems like every patient’s gratitude sets our special environment apart from other medical practices.
I know that I look my very best, feel my very best and look forward to each and everyday working here.
Sheila — Patient Care Coordinator
Hi, my name is Sheila.
I am the Patient Care Coordinator for Dr. Luciano Boemi. This position entails initial phone call inquires which carries throughout the consultations, the entire surgical 
process and post-ops. The fact that I have also gone through multiple surgical procedures makes it easier for me to comfortably answer any and all questions that come up during the entire cosmetic surgical experience.
I have been in the medical field for over 30 years and have been with Dr. Boemi’s practice for 5 years. I am truly blessed to be working for such a talented, caring and highly intelligent surgeon who makes all of our patients feel comfortable. Not only is he an outstanding physician, but a wonderful family man and good friend. I must say that we set ourselves apart from the other offices beginning with the consultation process, history and physical, to pre-op and post-op surgical aid. With an 80% patient referral rate and constant customer satisfaction, I am comfortable saying, “I will enjoy working here with Dr. Boemi for many years to come.”
Kay Case — PA-C
Hi, my name is Kay Case, PA-C, and I am the newest staff member here at the practice. The skills and expertise I lend to Dr. Boemi are highlighted in our new Cosmetic Medicine Center.
My home state is Wisconsin and I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and the Lacrosse and Mayo School of Allied Science.
I have lived here in beautiful Southwest Florida for the past 7 years, and bring 26 years of lab and research experience to Dr. Boemi’s practice as his Physician’s Assistant.
My expertise in Laser Technology comes from years of training in permanent laser hair reduction, photo facials, and skin tightening.
The StarLux PPL System used at our Cosmetic Medicine Center is the most effective equipment on the market today and produces excellent results.
I enjoy working for Dr. Boemi mainly because of his reputation in the industry and also his ability to teach those who have the passion to learn. He is an excellent M.D. and Cosmetic Surgeon whose strict attention to detail ensures a positive, pleasant experience to each individual here for cosmetic enhancement.
This position has afforded me the ability to make a difference in our patient’s lives that can be seen in the mirror, and heard in our patients’ gratitude on a daily basis.
Lisa — Skin Rejuvenation Specialist
Hi, my name is Lisa.
I am a medical aesthetician with 18 years experience in the field. My major role here at The Swan Lake Spa is skin rejuvenation. Our spa offers medically directed, non-surgical procedures such as TCA washes, Biomedic Peels, 
Jessner & Obagi Blue Peels as well as dermabrasion & dermaplanning. I am also trained in Obagi Skin Care products that promote new collagen growth and will help improve the skin tone.
The Spa offers a full menu of permanent makeup that will help make you look your very best 24/7, even with an active lifestyle. Whether you’re working, playing or just looking to make your cosmetic make-up regimen easier, permanent make-up is a Southwest Florida favorite.
I have enjoyed “looking my best” with a few cosmetic procedures including liposuction, an upper eyelift, and of course, permanent make-up. In our industry, it helps to not only “look our best”, but also to aid our clients with first hand knowledge of the given procedure.
Our seminars are a great venue to meet Dr. Boemi, my colleagues and also to ask first hand any questions you may have prior to booking your consult.
Karan — Surgical Tech
Hi, my name is Karan and I am Dr. Boemi’s Surgical Tech.
This means that I will be involved with your procedure from the moment you come into our practice for consultation and throughout your post-op care.
I have been in the medical field for 17 years and I also have had plastic surgery. This enables me as well as my colleagues to thoroughly understand the surgery process and with experience can better assist our client’s post-op care. I also enjoy sharing my surgery experience, and frequently participate in our monthly seminars, answering questions to prospective patients.
I know thru experience what a “better me” looks like, and appreciate what state of the art fillers and Botox can do for a “30 something” woman.
My favorite “office time” is in the operating room or assisting with immediate post-op care. I am elated when clients reveal how “I’ve made a difference” with their cosmetic procedure and recovery. We are available 24/7 and that combined with Dr. Boemi’s talent as a surgeon makes me proud to work here.
My favorite cosmetic procedure has been a “mommy make-over” after my two children. The fun thing about looking good, of course is feeling good, but also passing that onto others who want to feel the same way, at any age.
Diane — Marketing Specialist
Hi, my name is Diane.
Unlike my colleagues who have many years in the medical field, I am sorry to say, I do not. I have worked with great pleasure for Dr. Boemi’s practice for two years now and lend my communications background to his marketing plan.
I too have experienced multiple cosmetic procedures including laser treatments. I know that when friends say “I look great”, I actually feel it. I have had laser hair removal, laser treatments for sun damage, permanent make-up and upper eyelid-surgery! All these have made me look forward to my 47th birthday!
My favorite thing about working here for Dr. Boemi, is continually hearing our clients say “how wonderfully unique we are.” The city of Naples is full of surgical talent and the fact that we stand out, continuously makes me proud to work here.
